The platform addresses the complex, often confusing process of registering a business in Canada by providing a streamlined, guided experience that walks users through every step-from selecting the right business structure to filing essential compliance documents. With a particular focus on serving businesses in Ontario initially, RegisterInc offers a comprehensive suite of over 15 services spanning new business registrations (Federal and Ontario Incorporation, NUANS Name Reports), essential registration services (Sole Proprietorship, GST/HST Number, Import/Export Licences), and ongoing compliance services (Annual Returns, Minute Books, Corporate Information Updates).

To achieve this, RegisterInc needed more than just a website-they needed a scalable digital ecosystem capable of handling complex business registration workflows, service-specific forms, secure payment processing, and seamless document management. Complex business registration workflow

Business registration in Canada involves multiple steps-selecting a province, choosing a business structure (Incorporation or Sole Proprietorship), verifying company names, and completing service-specific forms. Managing this complex flow without a structured system was a significant challenge.

Service-specific form management

Each service (Federal Incorporation, Ontario Incorporation, GST/HST Registration, etc.) required a unique set of forms with different fields, add-on options, and document requirements. The platform needed to dynamically render service-specific forms based on user selection.

Name search & verification

Users needed the ability to search and verify company names in real-time using API integration. The platform had to support both "Named Company" and "Numbered Company" options with seamless API-based name verification.

Secure payment & document management

The platform required Stripe Payment Gateway integration for one-time payments, along with a robust document management system for uploading, storing, and downloading service-related documents. Customers also needed the ability to provide digital signatures on documents uploaded by admins.

Multi-user experience with role-based access

The platform needed to serve three distinct user types-customers (end-users), admin (website owner), and blog managers (WordPress)-each with different access levels and functionalities.

    Complete payments via Stripe Payment Gateway with branded invoices sent to registered email. Receive post-payment summary showing client information, service title, pricing, taxes (HST/GST), and transaction details.

  • Document download center

    Access and download admin-uploaded documents with digital signature requirement for enhanced security and legal compliance before download.

  • Profile Management

    Update complete profile information (name, email, phone, address, province, postal code, password). Default profile photo with option to upload custom photo.

  • Payment History

    Dedicated transaction history with order ID, service name, date, amount, status, payment method, and downloadable receipts.

  • Email Notifications

    Automated notifications for order confirmation, document uploads, and status updates throughout the registration journey.
