Project Overview

Pavans Group designed and developed My Tyger App - Tyger Capital's customer-facing digital lending platform.

The platform simplifies the entire loan journey for first-time borrowers, MSMEs, farmers, and rural entrepreneurs, replacing complex paperwork and branch visits with an intuitive, guided digital experience while maintaining human trust through assisted flows.

The app empowers underserved customers in semi-urban and rural India to apply for loans, track applications, manage EMIs, view statements, and make payments - all through an intuitive, guided, and assisted digital experience.

To achieve this, Tyger Capital needed more than just a basic app. They needed an intuitive, mobile-first platform that could simplify complex loan processes, build trust among first-time users, and support assisted digital journeys for semi-urban and rural customers.

Pavans Group partnered with Tyger Capital to design and develop My Tyger - a complete digital lending platform including a responsive web portal and a fast, user-friendly mobile app (Android & iOS).

About The Client

Tyger Capital is a rapidly expanding Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) focused on providing financial solutions to India - India's semi-urban and rural markets. The company serves MSMEs, farmers, small business owners, and commercial vehicle operators with a strong physical distribution network combined with digital innovation. Tyger Capital aims to bridge the credit gap by financing income-generating assets and building lifelong partnerships with its customers.

Business Challenges

Despite rising smartphone penetration across India, access to credit in non-metro and rural regions remained extremely difficult. Tyger Capital faced several critical challenges while trying to digitally empower its underserved customers.
